Communiqué Amending the Communiqué on Public Disclosures Regarding Risk Management by Banks

The Communiqué on Amendments to the Communiqué on Public Disclosures Regarding Risk Management by Banks prepared by the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency was published in the Official Gazette on 04.02.2022 to enter into force on 01.07.2022. 

The Regulation amends Article 11 of the Communiqué on Public Disclosures to be made by Banks Regarding Risk Management published in the Official Gazette dated 23/10/2015 and numbered 29511, the counterparty credit risk section covers all risks exposed to counterparty credit risk in the purchase, sale and banking accounts, including credit valuation adjustments and risks arising from transactions where one of the parties is a CCP, and changes have been made in the notifications and documents related to risk management within the framework of the Communiqué.
